Just blocks away from our flagship West Sahara location, young Shana's daily visits to local pet stores weren't mere pastimes; they were the early seeds of a lifelong commitment.
"Every puppy I met, every wagging tail, was a reminder of the joy and unconditional love pets bring into our lives," Shana reminisces. This connection led her on a path from studying veterinary sciences to a pivotal realization post-graduation at UNLV — her destiny was not just to care for animals, but to create a haven for them.
Fueled by the desire for a better pet boarding experience, Shana established LV Dog Resort in 2009. Envisioning a place where pets could enjoy luxury and comfort, she transformed the traditional pet boarding model.
